United States First Circuit
US v. Watson, 11-1294
Defendant's conviction for attempting to kill a federal witness with intent to prevent testimony and communication with law enforcement is affirmed where: 1) defendant's challenges to the district court's admission of certain documents and testimony at trial are without merit; and 2) given the mountain of evidence and the district court's timely jury instructions, the remarks by the prosecutor in rebuttal did not amount to plain error.
