US v. Marston, 11-2100

Defendant's convictions for bankruptcy fraud is affirmed in part, reversed in part and remanded where: 1) the evidence was sufficient for the jury to conclude that defendant's failure to reveal the aliases she had used to apply for credit cards was done with the kind of dishonest or fraudulent awareness required by the statute; but 2) the government failed to establish the element of falsity with regard to the charge for knowingly and fraudulently failing and refusing to disclose credit card debts.
