In plaintiff's suit for unlawful debt collection practices, district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants is affirmed, as plaintiff chose to settle the lawsuit, agreeing to pay about half of the claimed debt and giving release to the defendants from all claims she might have against them, present and future. Further, had defendants secured the release through fraudulent misrepresentation, it would be avoidable, but the district court found no basis for plaintiff's allegations that the release was secured by fraud.
