Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. v. Providence Washington Insurance Co., 11-2193
In an action seeking a declaratory judgment that defendant is obliged to join in the defense of insured, in connection with a contribution action involving clean-up costs for the Rhode Island Centredale Manor Superfund Site, the District Court's grant of summary judgment to defendant is reversed where a complaint filed against the insured in 2006 triggered defendant's defense obligations under its policies.
