In an action against a bank for the unauthorized withdraw of money from plaintiffs' commercial account, the district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the bank is reversed where the bank's security procedures were not commercially reasonable does not end the analysis of the Article 4A of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), as codified under Maine Law at Me. Rev. Stat. Ann. tit. 11, section 4-1101 et seq.
