In a dispute arising over the taxation of costs in the amount of $12,690.10 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 54(d)(1) and 28 U.S.C. section 1920, the District Court's order in favor of the District of Puerto Rico is: 1) affirmed as to the portion of the order approving the taxation of $181.80 in copying costs and $1,425 in deposition transcription costs; but 2) vacated as to the portion of the order approving the taxation of $11,083.80 in costs stemming from the translation of written documents.
