US v. Quiles-Olivio, 10-1864
Conviction for depredation of government property in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 1361 is affirmed where: 1) the District Court was within its discretion when it refused to grant defendant's motion for change of venue; and 2) defendant was not deprived his Sixth Amendment right to a public trial when the court failed to investigate his mother's alleged exclusion from the courtroom during jury selection.
