Aponte v. Holder, 11-1444

Petition for review by a Dominican Republic native of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA), denying her request for a remand and dismissing her appeal from a final order of removal, is: 1) denied in part; but 2) granted in part as to a) BIA's determination that petitioner did not demonstrate that she is prima facie eligible for asylum, withholding of removal, and CAT protection, and b) BIA's finding that Aponte has not established ineffective assistance of counsel.
