US v. Christi, 09-1889

Convictions for bank fraud, wire fraud, as well as conspiracy to commit these offenses, and money laundering are affirmed over claims of: 1) insufficiency of the evidence to show anything more than defendant's innocent presence at some events in the sequence of the transactions charged; and 2) abridgement of his Sixth Amendment right to jury trial when the trial judge closed the courtroom doors during jury instructions.
