In a prosecution for conspiring to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, cocaine base and ecstasy, which resulted in conviction and a sentence of life in prison, the conviction and sentence are affirmed against numerous procedural and constitutional claims, including challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence, prosecution statements at trial, jury instructions, a judge-attorney conference at which he was not present, juror bias, and the severity of his sentence.
