In removal proceedings in which a Jordanian national applied for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture on the basis of his fear of persecution on account of his conversion to Christianity, a petition for review of the BIA's denial of all relief is granted and the case remanded, where the record did not adequately support the immigration judge's reliance on two primary perceived inconsistencies that entered into the credibility calculus.
