In removal proceedings in which an Ethiopian national applied for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture, a petition for review of the BIA's denial of all relief is granted and the case remanded, where: 1) the BIA should have reviewed the petitioner's appeal in light of the presumption of credibility, or explained why the presumption did not apply; and 2) the BIA failed to address whether the REAL ID Act required the immigration judge to provide the petitioner with notice of the need for corroborating evidence.
