In a prosecution for transportation, distribution, and possession of child pornography, which the defendant did through use of the Internet, the conviction and the restitution award are affirmed, where: 1) the district court did not err in finding the affidavit in support of the search warrant was adequate and thus denying the defendant's motion to suppress, even though the IP address the defendant used to accomplish his crimes was a "dynamic" and not a "static" one; and 2) the restitution award under 18 USC section 2259 to the victim, the defendant's daughter, was justified and in a proper amount.
