United States First Circuit

US v. Diaz, 10-1393

In a prosecution of four individuals for conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute narcotics as a result of their participation in a drug point that operated within a public housing project, convictions are affirmed against challenges to the district court's jurisdiction, the sufficiency of the evidence, the court's evidentiary rulings, the jury instructions, and their sentences, but two convictions of a defendant are vacated and remanded where the district court lacked jurisdiction over him because he was a juvenile during much of the conspiracy.
