On appeal of the district court's denial of a prisoner's petition to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 USC section 2255 on grounds that he received ineffective assistance of counsel in violation of the Sixth Amendment, judgment is affirmed where the prisoner did not demonstrate that he was prejudiced by his counsel's failure to properly calculate his maximum possible sentence under the federal sentencing guidelines.
