United States First Circuit
Lyons v. Brady, 09-1059
In a habeas corpus proceeding claiming a violation of the Fourteenth Amendment due process right to a fair trial, the district court's denial of the prisoner's petition is affirmed, where the state court's conclusion, that the admission of autopsy photographs was proper, was not so arbitrary or capricious as to be an unreasonable application of clearly established federal law.
