United States First Circuit

US v. Guerrier, 10-2315

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court convicting defendant of conspiring to violate the Hobbs Act for participating in the robbery of a drug dealer for the dealer's failure to remit to defendant's co-conspirator a portion of the proceeds from the sale of illicit drugs, conviction is upheld where defendant's challenges on the grounds of insufficiency of the indictment and trial evidence, Miranda violations, and ineffective assistance of counsel fail.
