United States First Circuit

US v. Trinh, 10-1556

Conviction and sentencing of defendant on drug and money laundering offenses are upheld where the district court: 1) correctly denied defendant's motion to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant because the warrant was supported by probable cause and was sufficiently particularized; 2) correctly denied defendant's motion to sever; 3) did not err in removing a juror after the juror was observed meeting with defendant; and 4) correctly denied defendant's motion for a mistrial.
