United States First Circuit
US v. Rodriguez-Rodriguez, 09-2549
Conviction and sentencing of defendant for using an interstate commerce facility in attempting to persuade a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity, 18 U.S.C. section 2422(b), are upheld where sufficient evidence supports conviction as charged, and because there was no prejudicial variance in the proof as the district court properly charged the jury.
