Conviction and sentencing of defendant for possession with intent to distribute cocaine in excess of 500 grams are vacated where defendant's Sixth Amendment right to confrontation was violated when the district court allowed a forensic chemist to testify regarding the results of a drug analysis that he did not conduct.
