United States First Circuit
Feliciano-Hernandez v. Pereira-Castillo, 11–1052
In an appeal from a Rule12(b)(6) dismissal of plaintiff's Section 1983 complaint alleging incarceration beyond the lawful term, judgment is affirmed because: 1) the complaint failed meet the legal standard; and 2) the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying reconsideration, including denying leave to file a belated amended complaint.
