In re: Grand Jury Subpoena (Mr. S.), 10-2048

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying a motion to a quash a grand jury subpoena, judgment is affirmed over appellant's challenge on the grounds of procedural error and that certain subpoenaed documents are protected from compelled divulgement by the attorney-client and Fifth Amendment privileges.
