Furlong v. Donarumo, 11-1364

In an appeal from a judgment of the district court affirming an abandonment ruling by the bankruptcy court, judgment is affirmed where: 1) the Trustee's intent to abandon all state court claims under 11 U.S.C. section 554(a) was clear and unequivocal; 2) there was no violation of the automatic stay; and 3) affected stock was never formally abandoned under Section 554.
