Velazquez-Rodriguez v. Municipality of San Juan, 09-1769
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiffs' Section 1983 claim for political discrimination in employment, judgment is vacated with respect to the grant of defendant's motion for summary on the political-discrimination, free-speech-retaliation, and state-law claims, but affirmed in all other respects.
