US v. Stergios, 10-2293
Conviction and sentencing of defendant for two counts of bank fraud and one count of mail fraud are affirmed where: 1) sufficient evidence supports findings that victim-banks were FDIC insured and that defendant used the United States mails to perpetrate his frauds; and 2) the court correctly calculated the resultant loss and imposed restrictions on defendant's internet usage as part of his supervised release.
