Bonefont-Igaravidez v. International Shipping Corp., 10-1953

In an appeal from an order of the district court granting summary judgment in favor of the defendant in an age discrimination action commenced after plaintiff was terminated for assaulting his "Bozo" (or boss) judgment is affirmed because plaintiff failed to present probative evidence of discriminatory animus where defendant's articulated basis for termination was not pretextual.
