Goncalves v. Plymouth County Sheriff's Dept., 10-2063
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiff's Title VII and state claims alleging discrimination in promotion, judgment is affirmed where the court correctly granted defendant summary judgment because plaintiff did not meet her McDonnell Douglas claim-burden as she failed to show that she was either qualified or similarly situated to the candidates selected over her.
