Rosciti v. Insurance Company of the State of PA, 10-2087
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiffs' insurance coverage action on the grounds that the condition for excess payout pursuant to a defunct mobile home manufacturer's policy had not been met, judgment is reversed where enforcing the limiting provision would violate the public policy of Rhode Island.
