Osorio v. One World Technologies, Inc., 10-1824

In a tort action arising out of a hand injury suffered by plaintiff while using a table saw manufactured by defendant, denial of defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law and for a new trial are affirmed where: 1) plaintiff presented sufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict in his favor on design defect grounds; and 2) plaintiff's counsel did not commit misconduct at trial that prejudiced defendant's defense; and 3) the district court did not commit evidentiary errors.
