Rodriguez-Sanchez v. Municipality of Santa Isabel, 09-2635
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiffs' Section 1983 action on summary adjudication, judgment is affirmed where the district court correctly concluded that plaintiffs had failed in their burden of producing evidence sufficient to show that their terminations constituted due process deprivations or were politically motivated.
