Haley v. City of Boston, 10-2064
In a appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiff's Section 1983 and related state claims seeking redress for his wrongful conviction for murder, judgment is reversed with respect to plaintiff's section 1983 claims for deliberate suppression of evidence against the individual defendants and municipal liability claims against the City, but affirmed in all other respects.
