In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's Section 1983 action alleging that defendants' unlawfully failed to provide medical services to plaintiff's son, who threatened suicide while in police custody and who killed himself some fourteen hours after release, judgment is reversed where complaint failed to allege a constitutional violation.
