In an appeal from a judgment of the district court re-sentencing defendant for Hobbs Act robbery, 18 U.S.C. section 1951(a), and other related-offenses, judgment is affirmed where the court correctly denied defendant a two-level reduction in his offense level but reversed on Double Jeopardy grounds with respect to one count where the count is a lesser included offense of a crime for which he stands convicted under a different count.
