In a joint appeal from a judgment of the district court arising from the criminal prosecution of defendants for tax evasion and related charges and involving allegations of defendants' use of charitable donations to finance an Islamic jihadist group, convictions and sentencing are reversed with respect to the court's overturn of the jury's conviction on the conspiracy counts, and affirmed with respect to all other convictions.
