Perez-Cordero v. Wal-Mart Puerto Rico, Inc., 09-2317
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting defendants summary judgment in a Title VII action for sex-based employment discrimination, judgment is reversed where the court erred in finding that plaintiff could not show that defendant-supervisor's conduct was unwelcome, pervasive, or because of sex.
