Martinez-Burgos v. Guayama Corp., 10-1372
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting summary adjudication to defendant-former employer in a Title VII action for pregnancy discrimination, judgment is affirmed where plaintiffs failed to carry their prima facie burden in light of the evidence of non-discriminatory reasons for defendant's decision not to rehire plaintiff after her pregnancy.
