In an appeal from a judgment of the district court granting only in part plaintiff's application for a preliminary injunction against a former employee, judgment is affirmed where the court did not abuse its discretion in its order enjoining defendant's use of confidential information, but declining to enjoin defendant from competition or solicitation on the ground that the contractual restrictions on these activities limited defendant's efforts for one year only, a period that had passed before any injunction could be issued.
