Santiago v. Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, 10-1449

In a Section 1983 and Title IX dispute arising from allegations that plaintiff-bus driver who was assigned to transport special education students to and from a public school sexually abused one of his charges, judgment of the district court is affirmed where the court properly dismissed the Section 1983 claim against the private defendants on immunity grounds and the Title IX claim upon defendant's motion to reconsider.
