In an interlocutory appeal from the denial of qualified immunity on a motion to dismiss, on the pleadings, a Bivens claim for unlawful detention and excessive use of force, judgment of the district court is reversed where defendant-FBI officer is entitled to immunity because plaintiff's complaint failed to meet the requirements of Ashcroft v.
