US v. Chaney, 09-1835

Conviction and sentencing of defendant for possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm after a prior felony conviction are upheld where the district court properly denied defendant's motion to suppress evidence discovered after a consensual search of the defendant's pants pocket to locate identification, while he was handcuffed and face-down, revealed seven small bags of crack cocaine.
