In a dispute involving the ex post facto application of a state statute that permits increases in defendant's sentences, N.H. Rev. Stat. Ann. section 651:58, and arising from the denial of defendant's petition for heabas relief, judgment of the district court is affirmed where the state court's increases in defendant's sentences are not contrary to clearly established federal constitutional law.
