Kuperman v. Wrenn, 10-2083

In a Section 1983 action alleging that a prison shaving regulation which required all inmates, barring a medical or religious exception, to be clean-shaven violated plaintiff's First Amendment and Fourteenth Amendment rights, and the RLUIPA, 42 U.S.C. sections 2000cc-1 et seq., summary judgment in favor of defendants is affirmed where there are no dispute of material fact.
