In an action arising from a lease agreement and alleging breach of contract and the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, violation of state unfair practices act, promissory estoppel and fraud, judgment of the district court is affirmed where it properly awarded plaintiff rescission but reversed where it awarded an adjustment payment.
