In a dispute arising from the assessment of curb baggage fees and the resultant decrease in gratuities for skycaps, involving causes of action for violation of Mass. Gen. Laws ch. 149, sections 152A (2008), tortious interference with advantageous relations, unlawful conversion, and unjust enrichment, judgment of the district court granting recovery and awarding attorney's fees is reversed where action is preempted by the Airline Deregulation Act, 49 U.S.C. section 41713(b)(1).
