In a petition for review of an order of the BIA denying petitioner's applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture, petition is denied where rape committed by a government official against petitioner, a native and citizen of Cambodia, is not, standing alone, evidence of political persecution.
