United States First Circuit
Soto-Fonalledas v. Ritz-Carlton San Juan Hotel, 10-1638
In a Title VII action alleging discrimination on the basis of disability and gender, judgment by the district court granting defendant's motion to compel arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act is affirmed, where plaintiff's challenge to the validity of an ambiguous arbitration provision on the basis that provision limits full vindication of her statutory rights is, in the first instance, a question for arbitration.
