In a challenge to a sentencing enhancement imposed pursuant to the Armed Career Criminal Act (ACCA), 18 U.S.C. section 924(e), judgment of the district court is affirmed because the law of the case doctrine bars the challenge where defendant failed to challenge prove of a juvenile conviction as a predicate for enhancement with a police report and explanatory testimony in light of Shepard v. US, 542 U.S. 981 (2004).
