United States First Circuit
In Re Esso Standard Oil Company, Inc., 09-2330, 09-2312, 09-2313
In a dispute arising from the divestiture and assignment of interests by defendant, and involving the scope of Title I of the Petroleum Marketing Practices Act (PMPA), 15 U.S.C. sections 2801-2807, judgment of the trial court denying plaintiffs-franchisees requests for injunctive relief and damages is affirmed because substitutions of franchise agreements were PMPA compliant, where new agreements were not discriminatory and did not manifest a lack of good faith.
