United States First Circuit

US v. Gomez-Ortiz, 09-2277

Conviction and sentencing of defendants on drug-related charges is affirmed because the trial evidence was sufficient to convict them as a reasonable jury could find the defendants guilty beyond a reasonable doubt of all elements of the charged offense and where a Brady violation did not occur because no favorable, material evidence actually existed.
