United States First Circuit
McInnis, Sr. v. State of Maine, 10-1437
In an action alleging violations of 42 U.S.C. section 1983 and state tort law, summary judgment in favor of defendant is affirmed where defendant is entitled to qualified immunity because conduct by defendant did not violate a clearly established right to which a reasonable defendant would have understood that the plaintiff was entitled.
